Breaking Up

Our tearful goodbyes,
Sealed with a kiss,
Did rend our hearts
And end our bliss.

We said goodbye,
And then departed,
Melancholic,
And broken-hearted.

Then, angels cried,
Their tears were shed,
For us and our
Great love, now dead.

And once at home,
our teardrops all depleted,
We looked back at
Adventures now completed.

Later, they found
Two young fools dead;
One was Romeo,
The other Juliet.
